Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own an early-stage Operations Data Squad, delivering critical data initiatives and embedding the enterprise data operating model. This hands-on leadership role requires structure, momentum and accountability in a multidisciplinary data environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary technology, digital or data delivery teams.
• End-to-end ownership of project or initiative delivery.
• Practical experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Operations Data Squad and its portfolio of initiatives.
• Establish and maintain delivery plans, priorities, milestones and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies, planning sessions and stakeholder forums.
• Coordinate work across business, data, technology and operational stakeholders.
• Provide clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive accountability across the squad and ensure agreed actions and outcomes are progressed.
• Support the implementation and embedment of effective data delivery ways of working.
• Identify delivery blockers and work with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure initiatives are effectively transitioned from planning through delivery and implementation.
• Support continuous improvement across delivery processes, governance and team practices.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to take ownership of a newly established Operations Data Squad, supporting the delivery of important data initiatives and the ongoing embedment of an enterprise data operating model.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role suited to someone who can bring structure, momentum and accountability to a multidisciplinary data environment. You will work closely with business, data and technology stakeholders to establish delivery plans, facilitate ways of working and ensure initiatives progress from planning through to successful implementation.

Working three days per week, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Delivery Lead looking for a high-impact part-time contract within a large, complex enterprise environment.

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of project or initiative delivery.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery management capability.
• Practical experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.
• The ability to provide structure and direction while remaining pragmatic and delivery focused.
• Experience within data, analytics, data platforms or data transformation environments will be highly regarded.
