Job summary

Exclaim IT is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to steer a complex Intelligence Technology project, with a focus on enterprise data platforms, analytics, reporting and cloud-based solutions.

In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, translate architecture designs into actionable delivery plans, and oversee the implementation from planning through deployment and operational transition.

Qualifications

Experience leading the delivery of complex enterprise data and analytics platforms.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and maintain accountability for delivery outcomes.
Strong understanding of Azure data services, data integration, APIs, Power BI, data governance, analytics and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technical delivery, managing work packages, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, data engineers, analysts, vendors and operational support.
Translate objectives and architecture designs into actionable work packages and schedules.
Manage resource allocation and critical path activities across the project.
Provide technical oversight of data integration, analytics, reporting, and cloud platform implementations.
Ensure solutions align with approved architecture, standards and organisational policies.
Coordinate testing, deployment and transition-to-support activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure production-readiness and alignment with business needs.
Monitor progress and report to senior management and governance bodies.
Manage external vendors and partners ensuring quality and delivery commitments.
Identify risks and delivery constraints and drive continuous improvement.
