Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Digital Shelf ANZ to partner with leading FMCG brands and translate Digital Shelf data into actionable growth strategies. You will optimize online execution, tie performance to commercial outcomes, and collaborate with Product and Technology teams on AI-driven shopping experiences.

You will lead onboarding, client roadmaps, and regular reviews to show value, while exploring expansion opportunities and cross-functional collaboration across Australia

Qualifications

Experience in customer success, account management, e-commerce or digital analytics.
Experience managing major FMCG, retail or consumer brand clients.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
Confident presenting to senior clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Build relationships across e-commerce, sales, category, marketing, and digital teams.
Develop clear success plans and measurable use cases with clients.
Onboard clients and drive platform adoption with roadmaps.
Identify expansion opportunities across capabilities, retailers, and markets.
Lead client reviews focused on performance and next actions.
Partner with product and tech teams on AI-enabled features.
