National Australia Bank Ltd. is seeking a Digital Analytics Insights Specialist to optimise web content and performance across Australia and New Zealand brands. You will collaborate with digital teams to deliver a consistent online experience and support marketing campaigns.

The role focuses on content management, SEO, data analysis, and creating dashboards to drive engagement and conversion. Hybrid work is offered with an initial 6-month contract.

Formación

• Experience in website content management, publishing or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and organic search optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret website performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with website analytics and reporting tools, ideally Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Contentstack or FirstSpirit.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and publish website content, including campaign landing pages, product updates, and brand stories.
• Optimize website content, metadata and keywords to improve SEO rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor website performance, traffic and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports.
• Review website content and functionality to ensure accuracy and a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and digital teams to align website activity with campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and global digital hub teams to deliver digital initiatives.
