Job summary

Queensland Government is seeking a Project Officer to provide efficient administration support to Digital Projects within West Moreton Health to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

The role involves establishing project governance, scheduling meetings, secretariat duties, maintaining schedules and reports, supporting procurement, and contributing to process improvements while working with stakeholders across health services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project governance and secretariat functions.
• Experience with project schedules, reports, procurement processes.
• Ability to implement governance improvements and continuous improvement.
• Assist planning, implementation and reporting for digital projects.
• Understanding of risks and issues management in digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to Digital Projects within West Moreton Health.
• Schedule meetings and maintain governance documentation.
• Support planning, reporting and budget tracking for projects.
• Assist with procurement processes and governance compliance.
