Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital health projects across Metro South Health. You will guide the full project lifecycle, translate technology into practical health solutions, and collaborate with clinicians, operations, executives, and external partners.

You will develop robust plans, manage budgets and timelines, monitor risks, and deliver sustainable outcomes that improve health services and patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital health or ICT projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation.
• Commitment to integrity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through closure.
• Apply best-practice methodologies to deliver within scope, time, budget, quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, reports, governance submissions, registers and other project documentation, while monitoring risks, issues and milestones.
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholders to support decision-making and successful delivery.
