Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Project Officer to support delivery of small to medium IM/ICT work packages. You will apply project management methodologies, develop documentation and monitor milestones to ensure sustainable enterprise outcomes.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and coordinate reporting using approved Queensland Health tools and processes. A strong customer service background and capability to learn ITIL/ServiceNow are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering high quality customer service in a large complex environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience designing and coordinating small to medium projects, including planning, scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of small to medium IM/ICT work packages.
• Maintain project documentation and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support risk and issue management and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Coordinate reporting and artefacts through Queensland Health project management tools and processes.
