HammondCare seeks a Digital Project Manager in St Leonards, NSW for 12 & 24 month fixed-term contracts with hybrid work options. Lead complex digital initiatives across a regulated care environment, coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will translate business outcomes into structured plans, manage dependencies, and report to senior stakeholders while maintaining momentum and governance alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience delivering complex digital and technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams at different stages.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology or major business-system implementations.
• Strong understanding of business process change, data, testing and operational readiness.
• Experience in healthcare, aged care or a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to make complex issues clear.

It’s HammondCare.* **About The Role** Join HammondCare as our **Digital Project Manager** to lead the hands-on delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives in a regulated care environment. Working across multiple concurrent initiatives, you will take work from discovery and planning through implementation and transition. You will bring structure to complex problems, coordinate business and technology teams, manage external partners and dependencies, and ensure initiatives deliver practical outcomes.
