Job summary

Sirius. is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the evolution of its industry‑critical digital assurance platform in Australia. You will own a mature product used by primary producers and stakeholders to demonstrate compliance with food safety, welfare, and environmental standards.

As the product undergoes a major transformation including re‑platforming and deeper data integration, you will balance continuity for existing users with strategic modernization and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in digital product management with full lifecycle accountability.
Strong technical background suitable for API design and data integration.
Experience guiding mature products through re-platforming or enterprise migrations.
Agile / Scrum leadership with Jira/Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder communication with executives, operations, and regulators.
Background in AgTech, regulatory platforms, or audit/accreditation systems.
Experience designing digital products for regional or remote populations.

Responsibilities

Formulate 12‑month product vision and co‑create quarterly OKRs with an outcome‑focused roadmap.
Lead discovery sprints and UX/market research to drive adoption and impact.
Collaborate with Architects, Data Leads, and Engineering on platform re‑platforming.
Prioritise and manage an outcome‑linked backlog in Jira; define user stories.
Serve as the central prioritisation gatekeeper and communicate trade‑offs.
Monitor post‑release metrics and close the hypothesis‑to‑outcome loop with data.
