About the role
This newly created role will lead the evolution of the customer experience across the business’s eCommerce site. You’ll have full ownership of the product roadmap and the mandate to shape the strategy, improve the end-to-end journey, and build out personalisation capabilities that drive loyalty, engagement, and conversion. Working alongside a capable leadership team and embedded designers and developers, you’ll play a critical role in aligning marketing, buying, sales, and tech to create a seamless and impactful digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the digital product strategy and roadmap
• Identify and close gaps in UX, personalisation, and product discovery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, buying, and tech stakeholders
• Facilitate planning sessions, user testing, and QA to ensure seamless delivery
• Track and report on success metrics, using behavioural data and analytics tools

Skills & experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital product management, ideally in eCommerce or DTC
• Strong understanding of customer experience design, UX research, and optimisation
• Confident working in agile environments with cross-functional squads
• Comfortable using data platforms like GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, and tools like VWO, Power BI, Tableau
• A strong communicator who can bring others on the journey and translate complexity into action
• Experience in personalisation and experimentation frameworks will be highly regarded
