A leading electronics retailer in Melbourne is seeking a Product Solutions Manager – AV and Installation Services to drive the development of innovative AV solutions. The successful candidate will manage product roadmaps and ensure exceptional customer experiences while working closely with AV vendors. The role requires a strong background in commercial AV and product management, aiming to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and education customer needs.

Qualifications

• A solid background in Commercial AV, AV Integration, and AV Solution Design is essential.
• 3+ years in product management within the technology or services industry.
• Proven experience in developing, launching, and managing AV products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and execution of AV product roadmaps, aligning with both market demands and JB Hi-Fi's strategic goals.
• Develop and deliver bundled AV solutions and installation services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide training, go-to-market support, and sales enablement resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners, ensuring scalable, competitive solutions.
• Lead strategies to drive the adoption and growth of AV products and installation services.
  
  

Qualifications

• A solid background in Commercial AV, AV Integration, and AV Solution Design is essential.
• 3+ years in product management within the technology or services industry, with a track record of successfully designing, launching, and managing products or solutions.
• Proven experience in developing, launching, and managing AV products and services.
• Strong experience working with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners.
• Ability to design scalable and competitive AV solutions that meet customer needs.
