Qualifications

• Previous experience in a print shop or production environment is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, or InDesign is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Punctual, strong team player, and takes ownership of tasks.
• Clear verbal and written communication; proactive in asking questions.
• Experience with Konica digital equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and impose artwork for digital print production.
• Check customer-supplied artwork, resolve production issues, and verify bleed, sizing, resolution, and colour profiles.
• Prepare proofs and ensure all job specifications are confirmed and accurate prior to production.
• Assist with the operation of digital printing.
• Perform high-quality print finishing, including trimming, laminating, binding, mounting, and packing.
• Assist with large format and signage production.
• Read and interpret job tickets accurately, following established production processes to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
