Grace Loves Lace in Burleigh Heads is seeking a Digital and Performance Marketing Lead to drive multi-channel campaigns. You will own paid media, SEO/AEO, conversion optimisation, lead generation and analytics to boost online sales and boutique bookings.

You’ll manage budgets, optimise journeys, report performance, and collaborate with Creative and Ecommerce teams to deliver growth for global channels and virtual appointments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital/performance marketing, ecommerce focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital performance marketing strategies across paid media, SEO/AEO and lead generation.
• Plan and optimise full-funnel campaigns using audience insights, A/B testing, and data to maximise ROI.
• Lead SEO/AEO activities including technical and on-page SEO and local search.
• Optimise booking journeys to improve conversion and cost per booking.
• Report on performance with dashboards and cross-channel insights.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce and Marketing teams.
