Job Title: eCommerce & Digital Performance Manager

Location: Sydney

We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on eCommerce & Digital Performance Manager to lead the online store’s trading performance and digital marketing strategy. This is a key role focused on driving revenue, conversion, and customer growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trading of the online store, delivering on sales and profit targets
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, and affiliates
• Optimise onsite merchandising, content, and user journey to enhance conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory, product launches, and omnichannel initiatives
• Report on key performance metrics and drive data-led decision making
• Oversee digital budgets and manage external agency performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing within fast-paced retail or lifestyle brands
• Proficiency with Shopify and performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in trading, reporting, and CRO
