Sika Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing professional to drive the digital strategy for Australia across Construction, Industry and Mining segments.

You will manage website optimization, SEO/SEM, lead generation, and social media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective digital experiences and measurable results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in digital marketing with 2+ years in marketing.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with social media and paid campaigns.

• Establish and execute a digital marketing plan aligning with the overall marketing strategy.
• Maintain and optimise digital platforms, including the website, SEO, and SEM activities.
• Lead the company's social media, content planning, publishing, and PPC across platforms.
• Monitor, engage with enquiries across digital channels, building online communities.
• Measure and report digital performance via web analytics with monthly insights.
• Collaborate with Business Managers on integrated digital plans for launches and content.

Job Description

• Establish and execute a digital marketing plan that supports the overall Sika marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager.
• Maintain and optimise all Sika digital platforms, including the website, SEO, and SEM activities to enhance visibility, user engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
• Lead the company's social media presence, managing content planning, creation, publishing, community engagement, and PPC advertising investment across all platforms.
• Monitor, engage, and respond to enquiries and discussions across Sika Australia's digital channels, fostering positive relationships and supporting an active online community.
• Measure and report on digital marketing performance through web analytics, providing monthly reports with actionable insights on website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Business Managers to develop integrated digital marketing plans for new product launches and create relevant online educational and promotional content.
• Serve as the lead advocate for digital innovation by identifying, assessing, and promoting new digital platforms and tools in alignment with local and corporate objectives.
• Maintain and optimise customer databases, manage the digital content life cycle, and support cross-functional teams with marketing campaigns and events as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, or equivalent tertiary qualification with 2+ years' experience in marketing and digital environments
• Professional marketing experience in B2B and B2C environments
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent digital projects and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies, and best practices
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Power BI reporting, with proven experience adjusting digital marketing plans based on analytic results
• Demonstrated expertise with social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B/B2C brands
• Experience managing paid digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives
• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and connect with audiences through written, verbal, and visual content across all organisational levels
• Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and personal accountability with the capacity to prioritise projects and meet deadlines
