Job summary

Hospital Products Australia (HPA) seeks a Digital Marketing & AI Specialist to join our Sydney team on a permanent full-time basis, delivering modern, data-driven digital marketing initiatives across email, website, social media and paid campaigns.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will execute, optimise and continuously improve campaigns, leveraging AI tools to enhance content quality, performance and workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing, marketing assistant or similar role.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working across email, social media and website content.
• Interest in AI‑enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Brevo).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in healthcare, medical or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across email, website, SEO/SEM and social media.
• Assist with development and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social.
• Maintain and update website content, product pages, landing pages and blogs.
• Assist with CRM and promotional email campaigns, including content development, segmentation and reporting.
• Use AI tools to draft, refine and optimise marketing content, with human review for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support marketing activities including industry events, exhibitions, product launches and internal initiatives.
• Assist with marketing assets for tenders, sales documentation and presentations.
• Help maintain digital asset libraries and marketing records.
