Job summary

Financial Education Professionals seeks a meticulous Digital Learning Coordinator to own our learning systems (aXcelerate) and Rise 360 course development across national training programs for the financial services sector. You’ll work closely with our Digital Learning Designer and cross-train on Totara to ensure seamless learner experiences, compliance readiness and timely reporting.

• Experience administering a learning management system (LMS) such as aXcelerate; Totara a bonus.
• Hands-on experience building eLearning in Articulate Rise 360 with work samples.
• Knowledge of SCORM packaging, uploading and testing.
• Experience supporting learners in a digital environment, including webinars.

• Build and update interactive courses in Articulate Rise 360, keeping content current as regulations change.

• Set up courses, enrolments, CPD hours, certificates and webinars so every learner experience runs smoothly.
• Be the first point of contact for learner and platform support, working closely with our Student Support team.
• Produce learner progress, completion and feedback reports, and support compliance reporting and audit preparation.
• Build working knowledge of Totara and provide cover across the Education team during leave and peak periods.

We're looking for a detail-driven, systems-savvy Digital Learning Coordinator to join our high-performing Education team at Financial Education Professionals (FEP). About the Role

As our Digital Learning Coordinator, you'll be the engine room of our digital learning operations. You'll own the administration of aXcelerate, build and maintain courses in Rise 360, and work hand in hand with our Digital Learning Designer, cross-training on Totara so the team always has cover.

You’ll Thrive at FEP If You Have…

• Experience administering a student or learning management system (aXcelerate highly regarded; Totara a bonus).
• Hands-on experience building eLearning in Articulate Rise 360, with examples of your work.
• Working knowledge of SCORM packaging, uploading and testing.
• Experience supporting learners, customers or users in a digital environment, including setting up webinars.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written English and proofreading skills.
• Strong organisational skills - you can juggle competing priorities and still deliver high-quality work on time.
• A collaborative, flexible mindset and a willingness to cross-train and step in for your team. RTO experience and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) are highly regarded.
