Job summary

Bayside City Council is seeking an experienced Digital Services Lead to improve how customers interact with our digital platforms. Based in Sandringham with hybrid work options, you will design and deliver webforms and digital workflows in Salesforce, migrating forms to a customer portal.

You'll partner with business and IT to make services simple and accessible, focusing on user-friendly solutions and measurable improvements.

Job description

• Employment Status – 2 year Fixed-Term, Full-time
• Days & Hours of Work – Monday - Friday, totalling 38 hours per week
• Band Level 6 - $105,907.09 - $115,552.91 (depending on experience) +12% superannuation
• Location – Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with some flexibility to work from home

About the Role

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

• Experience in digital experience design, web development or CRM platforms
• Ability to design user-friendly digital forms and services
• Experience working with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Mandatory pre-employment requirements

• Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
• Provide or be willing to obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
