Bayside City Council is seeking a Digital & Technology role to drive the delivery of digital initiatives across the Council. You will work with business areas to map current processes, identify improvements and deliver practical solutions that enhance service delivery and efficiency.

You will engage stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, design cross-system solutions and support or lead project delivery.

• Employment Status – 1 year Fixed-Term, Full-time
• Days & Hours of Work – Monday - Friday, totalling 38 hours per week
• Band Level 7 - $118,508.69 - $132,759.48 p.a. (depending on experience) +12% super
• Location – Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with some flexibility to work from home

About the Role:

This role supports the delivery of digital and technology initiatives across Council.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

• Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement or similar
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate needs into clear requirements
• Experience delivering or supporting projects and system improvements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
• Understanding of systems and how they support service delivery
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:

• Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
• Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
