Job summary

Akubra, a storied Australian brand based in Sydney CBD, is seeking a Digital & Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. You’ll support day-to-day digital and ecommerce activity across our website, campaigns, CRM, loyalty and social channels, helping create seamless customer experiences online.

You'll collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Creative, CX and Retail teams on product launches, content updates, email campaigns and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in digital/ecommerce or similar
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Ecommerce, Fashion or related field
• Understanding of ecommerce fundamentals
• Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, Yotpo or Triple Whale would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage website content, collections, navigation, merchandising and promotions
• Support product launches with information, imagery, pricing and online merchandising
• Assist with digital campaigns, assets, copy, landing pages and approvals
• QA website updates, campaigns and product launches across desktop and mobile
• Support social media content calendar and posting across channels
• Prepare captions, links, tags and other social publishing requirements
• Assist with user-generated content, influencer activity
• Build and QA email and SMS campaigns
• Support CRM segmentation, journeys and loyalty communications
• Monitor ecommerce performance (sales, sessions, conversion, AOV)
• Assist with weekly/monthly digital, ecommerce, CRM and social reporting
• Support omnichannel initiatives across ecommerce and retail network
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to move projects forward
• Maintain organized digital assets and content
• Identify opportunities to improve customer digital experience
