About the role

This is a hands-on creative role within Mosaic’s Brand & Customer team, with the opportunity to shape how our brand is experienced across social media and digital platforms.

You’ll be out capturing content across our developments, construction sites, project launches, events and offices, then transforming that footage into engaging, beautifully executed digital stories. One day you might be filming the finer details of an architecturally designed residence. The next, capturing the energy of a construction milestone, interviewing a member of our team or sharing the impact of our community partnerships. No two days will look quite the same.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute original ideas, experiment with creative formats and help build a distinctive digital presence for a brand with an exceptional story to tell.

What you’ll be doing

Create: Capture and edit outstanding photography and video content, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels, short-form video and social-first storytelling.

Tell stories: Find compelling moments across our developments, people, customer experiences and Mosaic Foundation initiatives.

Bring ideas: Proactively pitch fresh concepts, creative treatments and new ways to showcase the Mosaic brand.

Produce: Take content from concept to completion, including filming, editing, music, motion graphics and publishing.

Collaborate: Work closely with our design, development, construction, sales and customer experience teams to uncover stories worth sharing.

Elevate: Help shape a premium, contemporary and recognisable visual identity across our digital channels.

Evolve: Stay ahead of emerging content trends and use audience insights to continually refine and improve what we create, while remaining true to our brand.

What you’ll bring

First and foremost, you’re a creator. You have an instinct for great content, an eye for detail and the confidence to take an idea and make it happen.

You’ll also bring:

Demonstrated experience in photography, videography and short-form video production, supported by a strong creative portfolio.

Excellent editing skills and proficiency with video and photo editing tools.

A sophisticated visual aesthetic and an appreciation for architecture, design, lifestyle and premium brands.

A strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and what makes content perform across different platforms.

The ability to capture authentic moments and create polished content without losing personality or spontaneity.

Confidence working independently, directing shoots and engaging with people on camera.

A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects.

Experience in property, architecture, design or luxury brands would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.

We’re more interested in your creativity, technical ability and what you can show us than a particular qualification or industry background.
