Art of Marble is seeking a creative and organised Content & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This hands-on role covers photography, videography, content creation and design, with occasional administrative tasks.

You will manage product imagery and website content, edit photos and videos, upload assets, and help with newsletters and digital marketing campaigns while maintaining a polished, consistent Art of Marble brand.

Formación

• Strong eye for photography, composition and visual presentation.
• Experience shooting and editing photos and videos.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or Canva.
• Comfort with CMS or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Photograph new natural stone slabs and products as they arrive.
• Film high‑quality videos of new stone arrivals for website and digital platforms.
• Edit and colour‑correct photos to accurately represent the stone.
• Edit videos into polished, professional content.
• Upload new products, photographs and videos to the Art of Marble website.
• Keep product information and imagery up to date.
• Assist with newsletters and digital marketing when required.
• Maintain branding and visual materials consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

• Photograph new natural stone slabs and products as they arrive.

• Film high-quality videos of new stone arrivals for our website and digital platforms.

• Edit and colour-correct photos to accurately represent the natural stone.

• Edit videos into polished, professional content.

• Organise and maintain our library of product photography and video content.

Website & Digital Content

• Upload new products, photographs and videos to the Art of Marble website.

• Keep product information, stock imagery and website content up to date.

• Regularly review the website and update outdated information or imagery.

• Assist with improving the overall presentation and consistency of website content.

• Prepare imagery and content for newsletters and other digital marketing when required.

Marketing & Design

• Assist with the creation and updating of brochures, product catalogues and other marketing collateral.

• Prepare simple graphics and promotional materials.

• Maintain consistency across Art of Marble's branding and visual materials.

• Assist with other marketing projects and content requirements as they arise.

Administration & Team Support

• Provide general administrative support to the sales and management team when required.

• Assist with updating product information, documents and internal records.

• Help with other day-to-day office tasks during quieter periods.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong eye for photography, composition and visual presentation.

• Is comfortable shooting and editing both photos and videos.

• Has experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar software.

• Is confident using website content management systems or is comfortable learning them.

• Has good computer and administrative skills.

• Is organised and able to manage multiple small projects at the same time.

• Has strong attention to detail.

• Takes initiative and can work independently.

• Has an interest in interiors, architecture, design or luxury products.

Experience within the natural stone, interiors, architecture or building industry would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Role

This is a varied position where no two days will necessarily be the same. One day may involve photographing and filming a new shipment of natural stone, editing the content and uploading it to our website; another may involve updating a brochure, preparing marketing material or helping the sales team with administrative work.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of keeping our website and visual content fresh, accurate and representative of the quality of the Art of Marble brand.
