Job summary

The Department of the Premier and Cabinet in Western Australia is seeking a Principal Workforce Consultant (Digital Capability) to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen the digital and ICT workforce across the public sector.

You will develop and deliver workforce strategies, policy advice and programs, including the Digital Public Sector Graduate Program and other early career development initiatives, to attract, develop, retain and deploy digital talent across government.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing workforce strategies for the public sector.
• Ability to provide policy advice and program design for digital capability growth.
• Experience coordinating graduate programs or early career initiatives.
