Job summary

Spendless Shoes is seeking a commercially-minded Digital Coordinator for our Marketing & Ecommerce team at the Support Office in Gillman, SA. You will coordinate engaging digital campaigns that connect with customers across email, CRM, and website content.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Ecommerce, you will work with the Brand & Marketing Lead, Ecommerce Coordinator, and broader team to drive engagement, traffic and sales through compelling digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, and email campaigns.
• Ability to create and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and marketing calendars.
• Comfort with analytics and campaign performance data.
• Experience with A/B testing and digital optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across key customer channels.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Create, schedule and execute email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Support CRM and customer engagement platform management.
• Build customer segments and targeted communications to improve engagement.
• Support automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications.
• Coordinate A/B testing and other initiatives to improve performance.
• Work with Brand and Creative teams to coordinate assets and content.
• Update website content to support campaigns and communications.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and metrics.
• Use insights to identify optimisation opportunities and report findings.
