Job summary

Spendless Shoes in Gillman, SA is seeking a highly organised Retail Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator to support the national Retail network and the Support Centre. You will report to the Head of Retail and collaborate with store teams, leadership and other departments to handle communications, customer enquiries and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Head of Retail and Retail Leadership Team.
• Respond to store enquiries and coordinate support with relevant departments.
• Manage customer enquiries through approved service channels.
• Liaise with stores to resolve orders, complaints and service queries.
• Assist with Click & Collect, Endless Aisle and other order issues.
• Publish Retail communications via WorkJam and other channels.
