  • Act as first point of contact for website issues, coordinating with external web, IT and SEO partners and testing their changes.
  • Support website improvements, including user experience, mobile responsiveness and WCAG accessibility compliance.
  • Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters via Mailchimp or CRM, managing lists, segmentation and scheduling.
  • Design accessible, on-brand digital and print assets (social graphics, videos, eDM templates, pamphlets and client information packs) using Adobe InDesign and/or Canva, and maintain the digital asset library.

  • At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing, social media or digital content role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and publishing content across multiple social media platforms, including scheduling tools and platform analytics.

  • A working understanding of website technical maintenance (hosting, plugins, SSL, security), with the ability to brief and coordinate external developers or agencies.
  • Experience creating and sending email campaigns using Mailchimp or a similar platform.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to write clearly for different audiences.
