Working within the Dietetics & Food Services team, this position provides direct patient care by assisting patients to select appropriate meals, monitoring nutritional intake and supporting the delivery of safe and effective nutrition interventions that align with individual dietary requirements.In this role, you will work closely with patients, dietitians, nursing staff and food service teams to optimise nutritional outcomes.
