Job summary

Aurenne Group Mining is seeking an experienced diamond driller to join on a full-time basis in Western Australia. The role includes leadership responsibilities with an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie, permanent camp facilities, and competitive pay plus a 10% bonus.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of surface drilling experience, HR licence, and a Cert III in Drilling Operations. This is a permanent, on-site role with strong team culture and camp amenities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a surface driller.
• Proven crew leadership and safety knowledge.
• Current HR driver's licence.
• Cert III or above in Drilling Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling operations to meet KPI targets and deliver the drilling plan.
• Maintain high safety standards and safe working practices on site.
• Collaborate with on-site leadership to ensure smooth operations and camp coordination.
