Job summary

HMR is seeking experienced Surface Drillers to join our expanding Western Australia operations. You will operate drilling rigs safely, meet production targets, and work with modern equipment as part of a supportive team across established gold mining sites in WA.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with metre-based bonuses, FIFO from major cities or DIDO to Kalgoorlie, 14/7 or 14/14 rosters, and strong career progression within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Surface Driller experience required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Current HR Driver's Licence and relevant drilling qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs safely and efficiently.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate drilling records and reporting.
• Mentor Drill Assistants and support teams.
