Job summary

Aurenne Group Mining is seeking an experienced diamond driller to join on a full-time basis in Western Australia. The role includes leadership responsibilities with an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie, permanent camp facilities, and competitive pay plus a 10% bonus.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of surface drilling experience, HR licence, and a Cert III in Drilling Operations. This is a permanent, on-site role with strong team culture and camp amenities.

Roster: 8:6 NS/DS FIFO from Perth (option for DIDO from Kalgoorlie)

Location: WA Goldfields - exploration

We are looking for an experienced diamond driller to join our team on a fulltime basis. No more contracting, go back to the same camp every night, great food and a good tavern.

What You Bring

• 2+ years' experience as a surface driller, including exposure to UDR & Hanjin series equipment.
• Proven crew leadership, safety knowledge, and ability to achieve set KPI's and targets to ensure the drilling plan is delivered as required.
• Current HR driver's licence,


• Cert III or above in Drilling Operations
• Recent National Police Clearance suitable for a gold mine
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
