Responsibilities

• Safely operate diamond drilling rigs and associated equipment to achieve operational targets.
• Conduct routine inspections, pre-start checks, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Monitor drilling progress, maintain accurate operational records, and adjust drilling practices as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to assistant drillers and other crew members.
• Monitor and manage drilling supplies, consumables, and site inventory.
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain high standards of housekeeping and professionalism on site.

We are looking for skilled Diamond Drillers who have a solid background in drilling techniques. This role involves operating Diamond drilling rigs and equipment, overseeing the drilling process, and ensuring all operations comply with company and safety standards. This position is FIFO from Perth (interstate flights provided) and requires a robust commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate diamond drilling rigs and associated equipment to achieve operational targets.

Conduct routine inspections, pre-start checks, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively within a team in remote and demanding environments.

Desirable Qualifications and Attributes:
