Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction engineering working on DfMA projects modular construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and site installation.
• Maintain an integrated view of project deliverables, dependencies, approvals and key decision dates.
• Help establish repeatable coordination processes for future DfMA projects.
• Coordinate design deliverables to support manufacturing, logistics and installation requirements into manufacturing‑ready models, drawings and digital information.
• Monitor design information against freeze dates and manufacturing milestones; ensure manufacturing‑ready models and drawings.
• Facilitate coordination between architects, structural and services engineers, consultants, digital engineering teams and manufacturing personnel.
• Assist with coordination of prototypes, samples, mock‑ups and first‑off inspections where required.
• Support alignment between contractual requirements, design specifications and factory quality documentation.
