Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd is seeking a Program Support Officer (DevOps & Technical Delivery) in Canberra to promote DevOps best practice and governance across the Delivery Branch. You will assist PMO, Technical Delivery Managers and delivery teams to establish DevOps capability, track performance, and prepare executive briefs.

The role emphasizes coordination of technical delivery, release, and transition outcomes, with a focus on reporting, governance compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience defining, embedding, and monitoring DevOps hygiene standards.
• Ability to establish DevOps reporting, metrics, and dashboards for delivery visibility.
• Proven capability to support maturity assessments and continuous improvement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, embed, and monitor DevOps standards and delivery practices with PMO and technical teams.
• Develop executive briefs, status reports, and board papers as required.
• Coordinate governance activities, action tracking, and meeting prep.
• Support delivery management with milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate release readiness, planning, and transition-to-support activities.
