The Program Support Officer (DevOps & Technical Delivery) works closely with the Program Management Office, Technical Delivery Managers, and delivery teams to support the establishment, measurement, and continuous improvement of DevOps capability across the Technical Delivery Branch. The role is responsible for promoting DevOps best practice, maintaining delivery governance standards, providing reporting and assurance activities, and supporting the successful coordination of technical delivery, release, and transition outcomes. In addition to the DevOps capability focus, the role provides project and program support through the preparation of executive reporting, written briefs, board papers, and coordination of actions and deliverables across delivery streams.
