Ascend Recruit Pty is seeking a Development Manager to lead property development and civil projects from feasibility to delivery, based in Brisbane. You will oversee land subdivisions, infrastructure, and complex masterplanned communities across South East Queensland, coordinating consultants and approvals.

The role offers ownership of projects, exposure to diverse asset classes and potential leadership of the projects team as the company grows, with strong client and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in project management, civil construction or property development.
• Experience in land subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
• Background in client-side project management, civil project management or development management.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Understanding of development approvals, consultant coordination and project delivery.
• Experience in contract administration and superintendent responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage development and project delivery from feasibility through to construction and completion.
• Oversee civil infrastructure and land subdivision projects.
• Coordinate development applications, design documentation and approvals.
• Engage and manage consultants, contractors, engineers and external stakeholders.
• Prepare project briefs, feasibility assessments and development strategies.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Provide regular project reporting and recommendations to senior management.
