Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, property development, project management, or related discipline.

• Strong understanding of planning approvals, development processes, and construction contracts
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, or equivalent is desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from site acquisition and feasibility assessment to project completion and work closely with Investment & Financial team

Development Manager / Coordinator - Mixed-Use Projects

About the role: The Development Manager or Coordinator is responsible for managing Perdaman's housing (Project Vesta), mixed-use hotel development, and other design and development commercial/residential/rental projects as they arise from concept through planning, management, design, approvals, construction, commissioning, defects and handover. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, regulatory, and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities
