Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, property development, project management, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years' experience in property development or project delivery
• Demonstrated experience delivering residential, mixed-use, and/or hotel developments
• Strong understanding of planning approvals, development processes, and construction contracts
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, or equivalent is desirable

Aufgaben

• Manage the full project lifecycle from site acquisition and feasibility assessment to project completion and work closely with Investment & Financial team
• Prepare and review development strategies, business cases, and project execution plans
• Coordinate project planning, design development, statutory approvals, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor project performance against budget, schedule, scope, and quality requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, planners, consultants, and contractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestone programs
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with development approvals, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor project expenditures and manage cost control processes
