Job summary

Seers Digital in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Developer to contribute to a major digital platform initiative for a Queensland Government organisation. You will design and build a proof-of-concept customer-facing portal using .NET, React and Form.io, establishing the technical foundations for a broader digital platform.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, engage in solution design, and contribute to CI/CD, security, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software development experience (enterprise or government focus preferred).
• Excellent .NET/C# development skills and React frontend experience.
• Experience building APIs and system integrations with Azure services.
• Familiarity with modern architecture, CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Secure, scalable development practices and good code quality.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer-facing portal features using .NET and React.
• Build and configure digital forms and transactional functionality.

You’ll help design and build a new proof-of-concept customer-facing transactional portal using .NET, React and Form.io, establishing the technical foundations for a broader future digital platform. What You’ll Do

• Design and develop customer-facing portal functionality using .NET and React
• Build and configure digital forms and transactional functionality
• Contribute to development using Form.io
• Develop secure, scalable and maintainable application components
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems and APIs
• Work with relevant Microsoft Azure services
• Participate in solution design and technical discussions
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps processes
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution
• Support application deployment and release activities
• Ensure development aligns with agreed architecture, security and coding standards
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers and project stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement across development practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial software development experience
• Strong .NET / C# development capability
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using React
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of modern application architecture and development practices
• Experience with source control, CI/CD and Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of application security and scalable development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary delivery team

• Form.io experience
• Experience building customer-facing transactional portals
• Government or large enterprise delivery experience
