Job summary

Exclaim IT in Brisbane is seeking a Tester to support a proof-of-concept customer portal built with .NET, React and Form.io, as part of a major digital transformation project.

You will develop test plans and cases, execute cycles across web, API and integrated systems, track defects and support UAT, release checks and QA improvement while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Build test plans, scenarios, cases and traceability
• Execute test cycles across web, API and integrated systems
• Validate portal functionality, data flows and system interfaces
• Track defects and support triage through to resolution
• Support UAT, release checks, knowledge transfer and QA improvement

Highly desirable criteria

• API and integration testing experience
• Form.io testing experience
• Exposure to .NET and React applications
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft technology environments
• Strong experience across SIT, UAT and regression testing

Desirable criteria

• Experience with customer-facing portals or digital platforms
• Experience with security, authentication and authorisation testing
• Exposure to Agile delivery and DevOps tools
• Government or large enterprise testing experience
• Relevant testing certification such as ISTQB

Skills and experience
