Job summary

Seers Digital in Brisbane is seeking a Senior / Lead Developer to drive a strategic digital transformation for a major Queensland Government client. You will shape a new customer-facing digital platform from ground up, taking a lead technical role in designing and delivering a proof-of-concept portal using .NET, React and Form.io.

You’ll establish architecture, development standards, and foundations for future migration, working across design, architecture, Azure, DevOps, testing and deployment

Qualifications

• Senior-level development experience with .NET/C#.
• Strong React experience for modern web apps.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade web applications.
• Proven ability to define solution architecture and patterns.
• Hands-on Azure cloud development and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of a new customer-facing transactional portal
• Design and develop solutions using .NET, React and Form.io
• Establish foundational solution architecture and development standards
• Develop secure, scalable and maintainable application components
• Define and implement integration patterns with enterprise systems
• Support the configuration and use of Azure services
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions
• Lead testing, deployment and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and ops standards
• Provide technical guidance to other developers
• Produce high-quality technical documentation
• Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
