Job summary

Whizdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with active NV1 clearance to support high-profile Defence and Government clients in Melbourne. You will design, build and optimise ServiceNow solutions, work with architects and delivery teams, and help ensure best practices across ITSM, integrations and platform upgrades.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration within an Agile environment, with hybrid working arrangements and long-term career

Qualifications

• 6+ years' ServiceNow development experience.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
• Strong experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIs.
• Experience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service catalogues.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS highly regarded.

Due to continued growth and project demand, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active NV1 Security Clearance to support high-profile Defence and Government customers.

About the Role

This is a hands-on development role within a mature ServiceNow practice supporting enterprise-scale implementations, enhancements, integrations and platform optimisation initiatives.

You will work alongside architects, consultants, technical leads and project delivery teams to design, build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities include:
