Dalekit seeks a proactive, safety‑mocused team member to wrap, label and prepare products for delivery, preload vehicles, handling PODs and routine vehicle checks while maintaining accuracy and neat records.

Qualifications

• Full Australian Driver's Licence required.
• Good physical fitness with ability to lift up to 25kg or more.
• Proactive can-do attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Wrapping, labelling, and preparing completed products for delivery
• Preloading vehicles and organising stock on delivery-day racks
• Executing freighting tasks — wrapping, tubing, bubble wrapping, marking, and palletising
• Stepping in as a backup delivery driver when required, delivering products safely and efficiently across your run
• Completing proof of delivery (POD) and maintaining accurate records
• Carrying out routine vehicle checks and keeping company vehicles clean and well maintained
• Assisting other areas of the factory during quieter periods
• Following all safety procedures for loading, unloading, and general factory operations

Dalekit is a well-established manufacturer of window furnishings and roller shutters, based in South Windsor. This role is primarily focused on despatch and warehouse operations, with backup delivery driving when needed and occasional support across other areas of the factory. It's a great fit for someone who likes variety in their day and isn't afraid to pitch in wherever they're needed.

Key responsibilities

Wrapping, labelling, and preparing completed products for delivery

Preloading vehicles and organising stock on delivery-day racks

Executing freighting tasks — wrapping, tubing, bubble wrapping, marking, and palletising

Stepping in as a backup delivery driver when required, delivering products safely and efficiently across your run

Completing proof of delivery (POD) and maintaining accurate records

Carrying out routine vehicle checks and keeping company vehicles clean and well maintained

Assisting other areas of the factory during quieter periods

Following all safety procedures for loading, unloading, and general factory operations

About you

Full Australian Driver's Licence
