Job summary

The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Project Officer to provide high-quality administration and project support for the NGV Melbourne Design Week (MDW) program and associated initiatives.

You will coordinate expressions of interest, maintain project schedules and budgets, liaise with stakeholders, and prepare proposals, reports and communications while supporting the Contemporary Design and Architecture department.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary degree coupled with demonstrated administration and coordination experience.
• Able to plan and track progress, maintain project records and monitor budgets and timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Adobe DC/Indesign and WordPress is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer Expressions of Interest processes and develop project schedules, timelines and budgets.
• Liaise with stakeholders and prepare proposals, reports and correspondence.
• Process financial administration and respond to inquiries.
