Qualifications

• Passion for solar design function.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and general word processing.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the project design and procurement process, including detailed meeting minutes and follow-up on action items.
• Review RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, commissioning plan and electrical studies for key design requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders using PM4+ for RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure project compliance and quality through site O&Ms and warranty item tracking.
• Convert Excel inspection test plans into PM4+ ITP templates to streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI Synoptics design dashboards for projects.

Here’s how a Design Engineering Student for our Design team at our North Sydney office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

• Assistingwith coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process which includes taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a solar design function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in various computer software programs, including AutoCad, word processing, and spreadsheet applications (Excel)
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
