Hassell Brisbane invites a hands-on project coordination professional to join our Brisbane studio. You’ll connect the project team, external consultants and the client, ensuring the right information flows to the right people on time.

This fixed-term 12-month appointment focuses on delivering a major public project. The role emphasizes information management, tracking inputs and keeping momentum against the project programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex built-environment projects.
• Understanding of consultant coordination is helpful.
• Strong organisation and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information exchange between Hassell, consultants and the client.
• Track required inputs, deadlines, outstanding actions and programme dependencies.
• Follow up with stakeholders so teams have the information needed to progress their work.
• Help project leaders identify information gaps and emerging risks to delivery.
• Bring clarity to multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder expectations.
