Hassell is seeking a Senior Associate to lead a large multidisciplinary design team in our Brisbane studio, guiding a landmark infrastructure project from concept through construction. You’ll foster a strong design culture, align the team with the project vision, and build trusted client partnerships.

You are a registered architect with senior leadership experience, adept at design management, Revit workflows, and delivering complex health-sector projects in a collaborative, hybrid work

Formación

• Registered architect with senior leadership experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience leading diverse design teams (20+ people).
• Strong communication with clients and collaborators.
• Proven ability to manage design through construction stages.
• Knowledge of modern digital workflows and Revit.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and inspire a large multidisciplinary team, fostering design excellence and collaboration.
• Lead a high-profile project from design through construction for the community.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and shared commitment to quality.
• Navigate design delivery methods (ECI, Design & Construct) while protecting the design integrity.
