Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Hassell Brisbane invites a hands-on project coordination professional to join our Brisbane studio. You’ll connect the project team, external consultants and the client, ensuring the right information flows to the right people on time.
This fixed-term 12-month appointment focuses on delivering a major public project. The role emphasizes information management, tracking inputs and keeping momentum against the project programme.
With eight design studios spread around the world, chances are you’ve seen our work before.
We work across architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and urban design - a rich multi-disciplinary mix of skills and perspectives that unlocks the economic, social and cultural value of projects.
We combine our creative design expertise with capabilities in strategy, research, technology and experience design, and we regularly collaborate with experts and partners from further afield.
Through our work, we're trying to build a more inclusive, sustainable future for communities - and create a more socially and ecologically resilient world.
Join our Brisbane studio and help coordinate the information that keeps a major public architecture project on track.
You'll connect our project team, external consultants and the client, making sure the right people receive the right information at the right time.
This is a hands-on delivery and coordination role rather than a conceptual design position. You'll bring structure to information requests, track key inputs and help the team maintain momentum against the project programme.
An architectural background would be useful, but it is not essential. We are not looking for expertise in a particular software platform.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team on a significant public project, making a practical contribution to its successful delivery. This is intended as a fixed-term appointment of 12 months, with the project team currently targeting completion at the end of 2027.
