Hassell is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to lead the Brisbane Interior Design team, steering complex projects while guiding and mentoring staff. The role balances project delivery with people leadership and client engagement, shaping the studio’s growth and culture.

You will collaborate with Hassell's Australian studios, drive quality outcomes, and contribute to business development across workplace, education, health, hospitality and science sectors.

• Experience leading interior design projects across sectors.
• Strong design, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Revit capability and leading documentation teams.

• Lead delivery of complex interior design projects across workplace, education, health, hospitality and science.
• Support team leadership and studio culture development.
• Provide leadership to project teams from concept through delivery.
• Mentor interior designers across career stages.
