Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering designs across Australia. You will work with the Design Manager and stakeholders to coordinate design activities, track deliverables, and help deliver practical, buildable solutions on complex projects.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer, designer or design professional aiming to advance their career in Design Management across renewable energy, transmission, transport and civil

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in engineering design and design coordination.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure, energy or transport projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of design reviews, interfaces, deliverable management and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews, and project interfaces across major infrastructure projects.
• Support design planning, programme management, action tracking, and design documentation processes.
• Work with engineers, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure design requirements are understood and delivered.
• Assist in identifying, managing, and resolving design issues, risks and technical interfaces.
• Maintain design registers, monitor progress and contribute to effective engineering delivery.
