Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Design Coordinator in Australia to support engineering design delivery across major infrastructure and energy projects. You will work with the Design Manager and stakeholders to coordinate inputs, manage interfaces, track deliverables, and help deliver buildable solutions on complex programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in engineering design and design coordination.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure, energy, or transport projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of design reviews, interfaces, deliverable management, and design documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews, and interfaces across major projects.
• Support design planning, programme management, action tracking, and design documentation processes.
• Work with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Identify, manage, and resolve design issues, risks, and technical interfaces.
• Maintain design registers, monitor progress, and contribute to engineering delivery outcomes.
